Want to get a little more specific on which pages you display the Subscribers opt-in on? No problem.
You will need to follow the normal instructions to install Subscribers on your site here with 1 change...
Change: Instead of installing the javascript snippet in step 1 on all pages, only install it in the </body> of the pages you want to install Subscribers on.
That's it. It's a bit more work but you can be very specific with where you want to display the opt-in.

You also need to make sure you have installed the service worker file. lease download the service worker file on https://app.subscribers.com/service_worker and install it in the root directory of the application. It should appear as:
